How reserving a puppy works
We want the path to your new puppy to be clear and simple. Here's what to expect, from browsing to bringing your puppy home.

Browse Available Puppies
Explore our currently available puppies and find the one that feels like family. Puppies go quickly, so reach out as soon as you're interested.

Reserve with a Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the puppy's price reserves your puppy. We cannot hold a puppy without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

Complete Documentation
We'll walk you through the Sale/Deposit Contract and Health Guarantee. These documents control the transaction, so please review them carefully.

Prepare for Pickup
Puppy-proof your home, purchase items from our Amazon shopping list, prepare a crate/playpen area to continue their started crate and potty training, and schedule your vet wellness exam before pickup.

Schedule Pickup
Pickups are by appointment, generally on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Puppies go home once they've reached the appropriate age and received veterinary clearance.
- 06
Vet Exam Within 24 Hours
Have your puppy examined by your own veterinarian within 24 hours of pickup — including a wellness exam and fecal flotation — and send us the results.
Deposit Policy
- The deposit is 50% of the puppy's price.
- We cannot hold a puppy without a deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- A deposit may be transferred to another available puppy if you change your mind before pickup.
- If the puppy isn't the right match at pickup, you may choose another available puppy or retain a credit — with up to 12 months to use it.
- Once you leave with your puppy, the sale is final — no swaps or refunds.
The signed Sale/Deposit Contract and Health Guarantee control the transaction. Please review them before placing a deposit.

We no longer accept checks.
Debit/credit card transactions are subject to a 2% service fee at checkout.
